“Exercise is king. Nutrition is queen. Put the two of them together and you have a kingdom.”

-- Jack Lalane

It only shows how important taking good care of your health is. That with great health you are the master of your universe, now go and acquire vigorous knowledge for you to command appropriately your kingdom. For a kingdom not ruled properly goes to waste with its people sucked to unwillingness and inaction.

I read on Facebook, a social networking site, that Sammy Ayochok (a body builder) once said that, I am paraphrasing, ‘People work hard for money all their life and spend it all for health reasons when they grow old.’

“When you’re doing something you love to do, the only reward you need is the experience of doing it.”

-- Bill Gove

But how about money? Money will come along without you noticing it. If your full dedication is inputted to it, people will see how passionate you are and appreciate what you offer. Money will not matter much when you love what you do as long as you can support it then you’re good. In order for you to gain more while doing what you love, learn from others experience and experience yourself by manipulating business plans on which will give more profit. Accumulated knowledge will not bring you down even when times get tough for when you love something, you like doing it no matter what.

“It’s fine to celebrate success but it is more important to heed the lessons of failure.”

-- Bill Gates

For success will not come after a series of failure, that’s why they become bitter-sweet. And the lessons we acquire from failure educate us to be cautious and wise.

People who refuse to learn from repeated failure find their selves frustrated and sour as to when to advance in life. Most give up, some continue but reach nowhere, and you (who now knows the secret by reading this blog) will change for the better.

“Keep your face to the sunshine and you will never see the shadow.”

-- Helen Keller

Set your goals. Aspire for them. Focus on them. Work for them. Fear, doubts, and inhibitions will not follow you.

There are many things that keep us form becoming successful:

-we are afraid of what other people will say

-we cannot get over our failure

-we thought we are alone in our struggle

-it looks tiring

-too much work

-etcetera

If we can only get past over them, then nothing can stop us. Start by reading from this blog to know your worth.

“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some humor, and some style.”

--Maya Angelou

There is nothing fun living without doing anything, like Hugh Grant in the movie “About a boy.” People who want simple life and live with minimal necessities goes to the mountain and everything they need is around them. People who live in the urban areas either look for temporary jobs to feed themselves or commit crimes for temporary satisfaction. People live up everyday of their life to work without feeling amor to their choosen work. People procrastinate because they feel they cannot do anything about their life and sacrifice for a dream is heavy.

Adding spices to life -- not vocation or a lazy day but attainment of a higher vision or working harder -- will not tire you out but prepare you for a better undertaking. Of stress-free life; joyous and abundant life; sometimes more blessings given to needy people.

“That some should be rich shows that others may become rich, and hence is just encouragement to industry and enterprise.”

-- Abraham Lincoln

People are discouraged with their present condition, where life seems hard and no way out. Plenty of people were able to get out of their miseries with much work and they put it into print for all of us to know and learn that everyone can do it. You must acquire enough knowledge for what ever you want to do. Work hard for it, there is no way but great sacrifice. And be frugal, to earn fortunes and additional investments.

The greatest motivation people prosess are: a better future for their family, move out to their place (to save the children from self-destruction and committing actions against the law), and a better house. For if we cannot dream, we cannot start something.

“Curiosity is one of the most permanent and certain characteristics of a vigorous intellect.”

-- Samuel Johnson

If you are not curious, you are unwilling to learn. An active mind can store additional knowledge for a person compared to someone who does not develop the capacity of their brain. Becoming a genius is achievable through constant studying but you don’t have to be a genius to be successful in life or knowledgeable in life, for that matter. You just have to be willing to learn.

Loss of the capacity of the brain to function or store additional information is a bane to an individual who is afflicted with diseases such as Parkinson’s Disease and people who used drugs. How much more to an individual who lost the capacity of his brain because he did not take good care of it, he did not make use of  it.

“Nothing can add more power to your life than concentrating all of your energies on a limited set of targets.”

-- Nido Qubein

Life would be easier and achievable if you are working for a good life for your family or for a house. None will come true if you have more than one family or you settled on a less appropriate house than what you envisioned should be. Attainment of your original plan to have a much better house will have to start from scratch.

Goals like finishing college for you to be able to work is easier if you try to concentrate on a course, stick to it and do all the necessary requirements the course demands of. It is the only route, shortest way possible in finishing college. Higher education or another course will be available shortly after you finished one.

If you love what you do and don't get pressured from your current position, you most likely will not feel overworked.

Many people go to the office feeling tired because of their boss or unworkable conditions of the place. Others change their jobs, others sought higher education, and others have no choice.

Jobs that may seem like a job but most people are enjoying what they do are priest, teachers, social workers, museum currators, librarians, landscape artist, flourist/horticulturist, and bloggers.

"The reward of a thing well done is to have done it."
-- Ralph Waldo Emerson

The feeling of having finished a job that is finished specially if it was difficult is an internal happiness that is hard to wipe out. Fulfillment of it is already a celebration, we earn more confidence to start another job and unmindful of the difficulty it presents.

Compared to a lot of projects you have started but not is finished. You get frustrated and tired. Ready to start a new one leaving the previous one half baked.

That is why it is well recommended to concentrate on one thing and see through it until it is done. Warren Buffet said, "you can't make a child in a month by getting 9 women pregnant."
